Apr 08: Supplementary EIS (SEIS) advertised
Apr/May/ Jun 08: CG assesses the EIS, SIES and submissions received, and prepares a report either in support or recommending refusal of the Project.
Jun 08: CG’s report is forwarded to Department of Environment Water Heritage and Arts (DEWHA) and Cassowary Coast Council Johnstone Shire Council (CCC)
Jul 08: DEH makes a determination on the application under the Environmental Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 (Cwlth)
Jul/Aug 08: CCC determines the application
