Ella Bay
The Ella Bay Integrated Master Planned Community — located in the Cassowary Coast Region Council (formerly Johnstone Shire Council), North Queensland, 88km south of Cairns and 9km north of Innisfail — is a proposal to transform a 450 hectare operating cattle station into a fully master planned, residential resort community over a ten to fifteen year period.
The development will include 540 residences with golf course access, many with ocean or lagoon views; up to six resorts with prime ocean frontage and beach access; village precinct; Signature championship 18-hole golf course, and swimming lagoon.
The Ella Bay Integrated Master Planned Community will be delivered in a manner which sets new standards in sustainable development; designed to promote self sufficiency, particularly in relation to energy, water and sewerage management.
